Refund policy

At the Five Foot Mail Club all sales are handled on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us at fivefootmailclub@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Please note that because each envelope is hand assembled and made to order, we are unable to guarantee refunds in all cases. However we always want you to have a great experience and will work with you to find a solution.

If your envelope arrives damaged or is lost in the mail please contact us within 30 days of the send date and we will do our best to resolve it.

EU & EEA Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date your order is confirmed, without giving any reason.

However, please note the following exceptions that may apply to Five Foot Mail Club orders:

  • Made-to-order items: Each envelope is hand-assembled specifically for you. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.
  • Subscriptions already fulfilled: If your subscription envelope has already been sent, the right of withdrawal for that shipment may no longer apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), contact us at fivefootmailclub@gmail.com within 14 days of your order confirmation. We will respond within 3 business days.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law

---------------------------------------------- A note on the made-to-order exemption: This is a legitimate defense for your business, but it's not absolute — the exemption is strongest when the item is personalized to the customer. Since your envelopes are hand-assembled but not necessarily unique to each customer, you may want to consult an EU consumer law advisor to confirm how much protection this gives you. Being transparent and reasonable with EU customers will also go a long way.
